Requirements

What you’ll need

Reliable transportation: personally owned open-bed pickup truck, or vehicle capable of towing an open utility trailer paired with a trailer used for the job
Valid driver’s license
Auto insurance for the vehicle being used
Must be 18 years or older
Smartphone with a data plan to use the work app
Authorized to work in the U.S.; proof required
Ability to work independently and follow a consistent routine
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
Ability to walk long distances and climb multiple flights of stairs
Ability to operate a manual tamper to compact trash safely
Ability to work around trash, recycling, and waste
Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
