About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Oversee all aspects of branch operations across the Eastern region
Ensure branches meet revenue, gross profit, and EBITDA targets
Recruit, train, and mentor Branch Managers
Lead new market launches and turnaround efforts for underperforming branches
Own regional P&L responsibility and manage resource planning
Deploy Make-Ready, Repair & Maintenance, and CapEx services with local teams
Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual operational and financial performance updates
Improve client retention and satisfaction through site visits, quality checks, and proactive communication
Implement KPIs, streamline processes, and drive adoption of companywide systems and initiatives
Reinforce safety standards and protocols at every branch
Champion readiness for new initiatives and operational transformation
Report to the VP of Operations
Travel 25–50% and as required

Requirements

What you’ll need

10+ years in regional operations with multi-location oversight and full P&L accountability
Proven success launching and turning around branch operations in high-growth, service-based industries
Experience in multi-family services, specifically make-ready, repair & maintenance, or CapEx, highly preferred
Bachelor’s degree required
Master’s degree preferred
Strong background in KPI management, forecasting, and cross-functional leadership
Track record of hiring, coaching, and retaining high-performing branch-level talent
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams
Ability to walk properties, navigate stairs, and lift up to 25 lbs.
Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record required
Availability to work irregular hours based on business needs
Must reside in Florida or Georgia at the time of hire
