About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Perform operations and maintenance of existing Red Hat OpenShift environments across multiple security domains in cloud and vSphere data center environments
Support OpenShift operators and frameworks, including Crossplane, Kyverno, and Red Hat GitOps
Deploy OpenShift to new sites as they become operational
Collaborate with internal and external teams to understand integration requirements
Scale existing platforms to meet integration requirements
Work with Security to ensure ongoing compliance and develop secure solutions
Support data services including RabbitMQ, Redis, PostgreSQL, and Elastic Stack
Compile detailed documentation
Support user-facing and data center IT services across multiple networks and security domains for an Intelligence Community customer

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Programming, Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline
8140.01M IAT Level II certification
5–8 years of development experience
TS/SCI clearance
Ability to obtain and maintain a CI Polygraph
Experience deploying and managing Red Hat OpenShift in cloud and/or vSphere environments
Experience with Amazon Web Services
Python and Shell scripting
Git
Linux distributions: RHEL/RHCOS and CentOS
CI/CD tools: GitLab CI and Jenkins
Container technologies: Docker and Kubernetes
Knowledge of the Cloud Native Computing Foundation ecosystem
Ability to work onsite in St. Louis, Missouri, or Springfield, Virginia
