About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support the analysis of costs, revenues, and margins across business areas, contributing to a better understanding of results;
- Assist in preparing financial analyses and generating insights to support decision-making;
- Identify improvement opportunities and support financial process automation initiatives;
- Assist in developing and updating controls, reports, and dashboards for monitoring results;
- Partner with teams such as Technology and Accounting to ensure the consistency of financial information;
- Support the team in financial planning activities, including performance analysis, budgeting, and forecasting;
- Contribute ideas for continuous improvement by exploring tools and solutions that enhance team efficiency.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field;
- Understanding of financial concepts, financial modeling, and data analysis;
- Intermediate Excel skills (important);
- Strong communication skills;
- Organization, critical thinking, and accountability.
- Experience with FP&A activities (a plus);
- Experience with BI (Business Intelligence) tools (a plus);
- Knowledge of data analysis tools such as Python, R, or SQL is an advantage;
- Intermediate English proficiency (a plus).
