About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Administer and score a variety of neuropsychometric tests in inpatient and outpatient settings under the supervision of a Licensed Neuropsychologist
- Support other Psychology specialties, including briefer Geropsychology batteries and psychodiagnostic evaluations with Clinical Psychology
- Administer and score neuropsychometric tests following standardized protocols
- Maintain test security and adhere to APA and BCP ethical guidelines
- Prepare testing materials and maintain organized records
- Assist in preparing comprehensive neuropsychological reports by providing accurate test data
- Collaborate with the supervising neuropsychologist and other clinical team members
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development, including potential training in Geropsychology and psychodiagnostic evaluations and working toward BCP certification
- Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in psychology or related field is required
- Master’s degree in psychology or related field is preferred
- Experience in administering and scoring neuropsychometric tests is preferred but not required
- BLS Certification (Basic Life Support) - American Heart ‘Healthcare Provider’ (HCP) - AHA approved required
- New hires must have American Heart Association (AHA) appropriate certification prior to completion of orientation
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Commitment to ethical practice and maintaining patient confidentiality
- Strong understanding of standardized testing procedures
- Ability to work effectively with individuals of diverse backgrounds and ages
