About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead the annual budgeting process, prepare monthly forecasts, and drive Long Range Planning (LRP)
- Analyze financial performance, business drivers, risks, and opportunities
- Provide actionable recommendations to management
- Monitor and improve product, customer, and project profitability analyses
- Support strategic and operational decision-making through business cases, scenario analyses, and financial modeling
- Ensure visibility of balance sheet development, working capital, and cash flow performance
- Ensure accurate monthly reporting in cooperation with the accounting team
- Develop financial processes, reporting, and controlling practices to better support the business
Requirements
What you’ll need- Relevant degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- Experience in business controlling, financial planning and analysis, or a similar finance role
- Strong expertise in budgeting, forecasting, financial performance management, and profitability analysis
- Good understanding of balance sheet management, cash flow, and working capital dynamics
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proactive and business-oriented approach
- Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration skills
- Excellent Excel and reporting tool skills
- Fluent English
- Experience with ERP and BI solutions, project controlling, and IFRS 15 is an advantage
- Finnish language skills are an advantage
