About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Assist in the development and execution of trade marketing strategies aimed at enhancing brand awareness and driving sales within the territory
- Support planning and coordination of trade marketing campaigns, promotions, and events tailored to European markets
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, the competitive landscape, and consumer preferences
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and supply chain, to align trade marketing initiatives
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of trade marketing activities, providing insights and suggestions for optimization
- Contribute to the creation of marketing collateral, presentations, and sales materials specific to European audiences
- Maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including retailers, distributors, and industry partners, to enhance brand positioning
Requirements
What you’ll need- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Strong interest in the cosmetics industry and trade marketing
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Fluent level of English and French is a must; any other European language is valuable
- An internship agreement with the university is mandatory
- Desired starting date: Beginning of January for a period of 5-6 months
