Provide leadership reporting and support data-driven decision-making.
Oversee U.S. contracting, pricing, government reporting, sales analytics, and commercial performance tracking.
Lead U.S. entity administration, operational infrastructure, budgets, vendors, fleet, office operations, and onboarding.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Serve as the U.S. strategic lead for business operations and vaccine logistics, aligning supply chain, finance, commercial, quality, and global teams to deliver operational excellence.
Provide executive-level performance reporting and insights to the U.S. Head to ensure leadership alignment and data-driven decision-making.
Lead U.S. contracting operations across government (including Military) and private market partnerships, overseeing financial analytics, compliance, and execution performance.
Own end-to-end U.S. vaccine supply chain strategy and execution.
Ensure full compliance with GMP, FDA, and State Board of Pharmacy requirements.
Serve as Designated Representative nationwide.
Oversee 3PL distribution operations, including inbound/outbound logistics, cold-chain integrity, inventory control, returns management, and sales order administration.
Partner with global supply chain on demand planning, transfer pricing, U.S. Customs coordination, and inventory optimization.
Lead engagement with wholesalers and distributors, ensuring contract compliance, inventory discipline, issue resolution, and regulatory adherence.
Direct pricing governance and contract administration, including distributor agreements, rebate management, chargebacks, and customer compliance.
Calculate and submit required U.S. government pricing reports, including NFAMP and FCP.
Implement and operationalize new pricing structures, membership agreements, and commercial contracts.
Oversee sales analytics and reporting infrastructure, managing data sources and remote analyst teams.
Partner with the GM and Sales Leadership on incentive compensation reporting and commercial performance tracking.
Collaborate with Quality Assurance to maintain regulatory standards across 3PL and distribution operations.
Proactively identify and mitigate compliance, logistics, and operational risks.
Embed continuous improvement initiatives.
Lead administrative and operational infrastructure for the U.S. entity, including HR benefits oversight, vendor and fleet management, office operations, and employee onboarding.
Manage cost controls across operational budgets.
Coordinate meetings, trainings, and cross-functional initiatives.
