About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead complex digital initiatives from planning through execution
Ensure delivery excellence, financial health, stakeholder alignment, and client satisfaction
Lead and manage complex digital projects and programs on time, within scope, and within budget
Run, support, and evolve retainers, fixed-price engagements, and Time & Materials contracts
Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors across workstreams
Drive delivery across multi-brand, multi-site, and multi-market digital programs
Define project scope, objectives, timelines, deliverables, risks, and success metrics
Create and maintain project roadmaps, delivery plans, and execution strategies
Develop, refine, and manage project and product backlogs using Jira
Ensure staffing, resource allocation, capacity planning, and delivery readiness
Identify, mitigate, and escalate risks, issues, and dependencies
Monitor project performance through KPIs, dashboards, reporting frameworks, and data visualization tools
Maintain project documentation and governance processes
Manage client relationships and stakeholder expectations
Own engagement health, delivery quality, financial performance, forecasting accuracy, and client satisfaction
Support revenue forecasting, invoicing oversight, budget monitoring, and expense tracking
Use AI-enabled tools to improve planning, collaboration, reporting, and delivery efficiency
Partner with account leadership to identify growth opportunities within existing engagements
Mentor Project Managers and delivery professionals and promote project management best practices

Requirements

What you’ll need

10+ years of experience as a Project Manager within digital agencies, consulting firms, product engineering firms, or technology organizations
Proven experience managing end-to-end digital product development and software delivery initiatives
Experience with Jira, Confluence, and planning tools such as MS Project or similar
Experience managing Fixed Price and Time & Materials engagements
Experience delivering Agile projects and working with pod-based delivery models
Practical experience leveraging AI tools to accelerate project and product delivery
Strong knowledge of project governance, scope management, risk management, budgeting, and resource planning
Experience building, interpreting, and utilizing dashboards, KPIs, and delivery metrics
Strong stakeholder management, facilitation, communication, and negotiation skills
Solid technical background, including technical, integration, and accessibility considerations
Experience managing cross-functional teams in dynamic delivery environments
Nice-to-have: experience delivering digital programs for health systems, payers, or life sciences organizations
Nice-to-have: familiarity with healthcare digital ecosystems, EHR-connected experiences such as Epic MyChart, provider directories, scheduling, HIPAA, PHIPA, and WCAG
Nice-to-have: previous Product Owner experience, including backlog prioritization, user stories, and acceptance criteria
Nice-to-have: experience with Adobe Experience Manager, Edge Delivery Services, or similar enterprise CMS platforms
Nice-to-have: experience delivering programs across multiple brands, sites, or business units
Nice-to-have: experience working with globally distributed teams
Nice-to-have: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
Nice-to-have: PMP, Scrum Master, PMI-ACP, SAFe, or equivalent certifications
