About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Design and develop high-quality learning programs and materials.
Serve as a subject matter expert, providing guidance on learning design and structure.
Design and lead the implementation of onboarding programs, mandatory compliance training, AI Academy, Growth Academy, and partner certifications.
Implement and manage digital learning platforms and tools.
Support and facilitate workshops, training sessions, and virtual learning experiences.
Provide coaching and guidance to employees and managers, supporting individual growth and career development.
Support the identification of skills gaps and development priorities, translating insights into action plans.
Measure the effectiveness of learning initiatives through data analysis, feedback, and performance indicators.
Partner with HR, business leaders, and subject matter experts to align initiatives with strategic priorities.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
Advanced English proficiency.
Previous experience successfully implementing learning programs, preferably at a global level.
Ability to create structured, learner-centered programs.
Basic knowledge of video creation and editing.
Proficiency with LMS platforms, e-learning authoring tools, and virtual learning platforms.
Ability to engage diverse audiences, both in person and virtually.
Ability to interpret data and apply insights for continuous improvement; knowledge of measuring program impact and ROI.
Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and communicate effectively.
Experience working in dynamic, fast-paced environments with a high level of ambiguity.
Preferred: Intermediate to advanced Spanish proficiency.
Preferred: Professional certifications in learning and development.
Preferred: Knowledge of diversity, equity, and inclusion.
Preferred: Knowledge of AI tools.
