About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead the Traditional Studio, GenAI Studio, and Marketing Production functions
  • Own output and performance accountability across all three functions
  • Manage Motion/Editorial Leads, GenAI Lead, and Associate Director of Studio
  • Set creative and technical standards across the studios
  • Report studio performance, capacity, and roadmap to the Global CCO
  • Own live-action shoot execution, motion graphics, configurators, website motion, social, and scaled content production
  • Partner with Creative Directors to shape ideas and direct video productions from concept to final cut
  • Provide final creative and technical oversight for post-production
  • Build and maintain custom tooling for scaled content production and complex VFX pipelines
  • Lead GenAI offerings and architect multi-model chains for production-grade imagery
  • Pioneer hybrid traditional-production and GenAI workflows
  • Provide creative oversight on brand films and case-study films
  • Direct production logistics including scope, schedule, budget, vendor management, and delivery
  • Develop pricing models and commercial structures for studio services
  • Optimize talent utilization and support contractor and full-time hiring
  • Present GenAI and content capabilities to CMOs and senior client stakeholders
  • Support account growth and qualify content deals
  • Partner with Google and Microsoft platform teams on custom platforms

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Advanced/Fluent English
  • 15+ years in TVC/commercial production spanning creative direction, directing, and post
  • Strong, demonstrable portfolio spanning creative/concept, directing, post/VFX/motion/color, and GenAI-driven content
  • VFX compositing, color, and technical filmmaking background
  • Track record leading multiple production functions/teams
  • Proven GenAI/multi-model pipeline expertise with fidelity and consistency control
  • Track record introducing new workflows/methodologies to a production team
  • Comfortable presenting to C-suite/CMO audiences
  • Experience qualifying/scoping deals as a subject-matter expert in a sales-support capacity
  • Coding/scripting applied to production tooling
  • Experience with resource/utilization planning and talent-network management across billable and internal work
  • Pricing/commercial model development for production services
