Key responsibilities & impact

Drive the continued development and expansion of the Value app for iOS and Android using modern technologies
Develop native apps with Swift/SwiftUI and Kotlin/Jetpack Compose
Design user-centric, personalized, and innovative features and implement them technically on both platforms
Write clean, maintainable, well-tested code and continuously evolve the technical architecture
Work with REST APIs and support the technical integration of new product features
Experiment with new technologies as a team and find effective solutions to complex challenges
Actively advance the app’s user experience
Conceptualize and design flows, screens, and interactions
Challenge existing features and identify opportunities for improvement
Translate ideas and requirements into concrete product solutions together with the team
Develop prototypes and UI concepts and implement them directly in the app
Help create a consistent and intuitive user experience across iOS and Android
Guide your own product ideas from initial concept through to completed feature
Collaborate closely with the founders, development team, and other team members
Discover what users truly need and build high-quality digital products based on those insights
Use AI tools for development, refactoring, debugging, testing, prototyping, and developing new ideas

What you’ll need

You are passionate about developing native iOS apps in Swift and Android apps in Kotlin
You have relevant experience with SwiftUI and Jetpack Compose
You have a strong sense of UI, UX, and intuitive user guidance
Ideally, you already have experience with UI/UX design, prototyping, or design tools such as Figma
Agile development, Clean Code, MVVM, and dependency injection are familiar concepts to you
You have strong knowledge of automated testing, including UI and unit testing, as well as quality assurance
Experience working with REST APIs is part of your technical toolkit
You are interested not only in technology but also in building great products
You are eager to contribute your own ideas, take responsibility, and help shape decisions
You use AI tools naturally in your development work, while also being able to code effectively without AI and critically evaluate technical output
You enjoy solving complex problems and turning them into simple, intuitive solutions
Your degree or educational background is not the most important factor to us
