Key responsibilities & impact

Develop and expand the Value app for iOS and Android using modern technologies
Build native apps with Swift/SwiftUI and Kotlin/Jetpack Compose
Design user-centered features and implement them technically on both platforms
Write clean, maintainable, well-tested code
Continuously evolve the technical architecture
Work with REST APIs and support the technical integration of new product features
Explore new technologies and find solutions to complex challenges
Further develop the user experience, flows, screens, and interactions from the user’s perspective
Question existing features and identify opportunities for improvement
Develop prototypes and UI concepts and implement them directly in the app
Help create a consistent and intuitive user experience across iOS and Android
Take ownership of your product ideas from initial concept through to fully developed features
Work closely with the founders, engineering team, and other team members
Identify user needs and develop digital products based on them
Use AI tools for development, refactoring, debugging, testing, prototyping, and ideation

What you’ll need

Enthusiasm for developing native iOS apps in Swift and Android apps in Kotlin
Relevant experience with SwiftUI and Jetpack Compose
A strong sense of UI, UX, and intuitive user guidance
Ideally, experience with UI/UX design, prototyping, or design tools such as Figma
Knowledge of agile development, Clean Code, MVVM, and dependency injection
Strong knowledge of automated testing, including UI and unit testing, as well as quality assurance
Experience working with REST APIs
An interest in building great products
Willingness to contribute your own ideas, take ownership, and help shape decisions
Comfortable using AI tools in development and able to critically assess their technical output
Ability to solve complex problems and develop simple, intuitive solutions
Your field of study or educational background is less important to us; what matters is what you can do
