Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Completed vocational training, a university degree or relevant experience in customer consulting, insurance, banking, financial services or customer service
  • Career changers with a strong service orientation and an interest in financial topics are welcome
  • Enjoy working with people and providing advisory services
  • Structured, independent and solution-oriented approach to work
  • Very good command of German
  • Confident use of digital tools, CRM systems and modern communication channels
