About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Responsibility for operational finance, accounting, and controlling activities across multiple companies
  • Support with monthly and annual financial statements
  • Analysis of accounts, postings, and financial interrelationships
  • Preparation of reports, forecasts, and business analyses at company and group level
  • Analysis of key performance indicators, profit and loss statements, and balance sheets
  • Derivation of well-founded recommendations for action
  • Optimization of processes, structures, and finance workflows
  • Close collaboration with other departments

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Several years of professional experience in finance, accounting, or controlling
  • Strong understanding of accounting, financial statements, and business relationships
  • Analytical, structured, and independent way of working
  • Ideally, experience with monthly or annual financial statements
  • Ideally, experience with ERP systems, such as Business Central
  • Excellent German language skills, at least C1 level
  • Proficiency in Excel
