About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Analyze and optimize business processes in Finance, Accounting, and Controlling
Design, customize, and implement solutions in SAP FI and SAP CO
Gather business requirements and translate them into actionable SAP solutions
Advise on modern S/4HANA Finance architectures and cloud-based ERP processes
Contribute to implementation, transformation, and migration projects
Support projects from conception through testing and implementation to go-live
Conduct and facilitate workshops with business departments and key users
Follow standardized processes and SAP Best Practices
Advise and support clients throughout the entire project lifecycle
Coordinate with diverse stakeholders and collaborate with adjacent SAP and technology consultants
Train and support key users and end users

Requirements

What you’ll need

Several years of experience in SAP consulting, ideally with a focus on Finance
Strong practical knowledge of SAP FI and/or SAP CO
Experience with SAP S/4HANA
Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition is a strong advantage
Good understanding of Accounting, Finance, and Controlling processes
Experience with SAP implementation, transformation, or migration projects
Enjoyment of direct client interaction and workshop facilitation
Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style
Excellent German and English skills
Eligible to work in Switzerland
Knowledge of SAP Fiori, SAP Activate, Fit-to-Standard, and SAP Best Practices
