About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead technical product management activities for multiple technical products or one strategic technical product with cross-divisional impact
- Drive the design and continuous improvement of technical solutions
- Describe to AI agents how they should work and use development-team APIs
- Improve and maintain AI agent quality and define automated evaluation criteria
- Influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams to create best practices
- Link business outcomes to business case drivers
- Coach technical product teams on best practices and learnings
- Oversee messaging, communication, and customer outreach
- Connect internal and external stakeholders
- Lead planning, development, and implementation of new technical products
- Define and analyze technical markets and develop product features, requirements, and implementation plans
- Apply qualitative and quantitative analysis to improve user experience
- Participate in business planning and departmental prioritization
- Drive engineering practices in development, continuous integration, and automated deployment
- Participate in special projects and perform other assigned duties
Requirements
What you’ll need- Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience required
- Minimum of eight years related business experience
- Three years of leading large cross-functional teams on major organizational projects preferred
- Graduate degree preferred
