About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Represent Vanguard’s participant experience to a book of business, ensuring clients understand and appreciate its services and offerings
Develop participant engagement strategies tailored to client and participant needs
Consult with plan sponsor clients using plan metrics, participant insights, and proven communications approaches
Leverage engagement data and insights to create and deliver participant engagement strategies
Identify trends for future application
Understand Vanguard products and services within retirement plans and beyond to offer holistic solutions
Leverage Vanguard’s communication best practices to engage participants
Participate in special projects and perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum five years related work experience
Strong client-facing experience and executive presence (B2B preferred)
Experience/familiarity with the 401(k) recordkeeping business preferred
Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience
Vanguard is not offering visa sponsorship for this position
