About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Design, implement, and deploy technology platforms supporting business needs
- Improve platform capabilities, performance, and effectiveness
- Provide advanced technical support and ensure reliable production environments
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex hardware and software issues across multiple platforms
- Develop technical standards and evaluate vendor products and technologies
- Recommend vendor selections and new technologies
- Promote code into development, test, and production environments
- Provide follow-up production support and submit change control requests
- Understand client business functions and determine appropriate technical tools
- Train and mentor junior staff
- Troubleshoot complex issues escalated from staff and provide guidance
- Maintain department documentation
- Administer system activities and write technical deliverables
- Perform systems analysis, requirements analysis, and logical and physical design
- Participate in special projects and perform other assigned duties
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum of five years of related work experience
- Undergraduate degree in a related field or an equivalent combination of training and experience
- Experience supporting, configuring, or integrating enterprise technology platforms
- Experience troubleshooting complex application and system issues
- Working knowledge of APIs, system integrations, data flows, and web technologies
- Ability to diagnose issues across interconnected platforms
- Visa sponsorship is not offered for this position
