About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Design, implement, and deploy technology platforms supporting evolving business needs
- Improve platform performance, reliability, and overall effectiveness
- Provide advanced technical support for complex production environments
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues across multiple platforms
- Develop and maintain technical standards, best practices, and documentation
- Evaluate technologies and vendor solutions and recommend improvements
- Manage code promotion across development, test, and production environments
- Prepare change control documentation and provide post-production support
- Partner with stakeholders to understand business functions and requirements
- Serve as a technical resource and mentor to junior team members
- Support system administration and systems analysis activities
- Contribute technical content to project deliverables
- Participate in special projects and initiatives supporting technology evolution
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum of five years of related work experience
- Undergraduate degree in a related field or equivalent combination of training and experience
- Deep technical expertise across multiple technology domains
- Experience with complex production environments
- Experience with hardware and software troubleshooting
- Knowledge of system administration and systems analysis
- Ability to perform requirements analysis, technical design, and logical and physical system design
- Visa sponsorship is not offered for this position
