About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead internal B2B experimentation to drive Crossover / Rollover EOP results
- Conduct business planning, develop client strategy pipelines, and create feedback loops
- Define business problems by consulting with business partners
- Develop and oversee research and experimentation approaches and implement them into BAU processes
- Synthesize analyses, key findings, and potential solutions into actionable recommendations
- Prepare and deliver presentations, white papers, case studies, and other materials
- Serve as a subject matter expert and advocate for Financial Wellness offers internally and externally
- Connect insights, experimentation, and partner feedback to improve products, services, and value story
- Monitor industry, market, business, competitive, and product trends
- Keep senior management informed of key trends
- Recommend new and enhanced capabilities and services
- Participate in special projects and perform other assigned duties
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum of eight years related work experience
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience
- Graduate degree preferred
- Project management / organization
- Strong understanding of B2B retirement landscape (sponsor and consultant)
- Strong cross-divisional interpersonal skills
- Strategic selling and prioritization experience
- Pipeline management experience
- Executive influence and communication abilities
