About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead development and execution of the organization's tokenization strategy
- Identify, evaluate, and prioritize tokenization use cases
- Monitor industry developments, competitor activity, regulatory changes, and technology trends
- Advise senior leadership with actionable strategic recommendations
- Partner with business, technology, legal, compliance, and risk stakeholders on strategic recommendations and adoption roadmaps
- Drive discovery, research, and experimentation with the innovation engineering team
- Evaluate external platforms, vendors, and ecosystem partners
- Represent the organization in industry forums, working groups, partnerships, and strategic engagements
- Communicate insights and recommendations through presentations, reports, and executive briefings
- Collaborate with architecture, product, and engineering teams on roadmaps and implementation plans
- Mentor colleagues and grow organizational expertise in tokenization, digital assets, and emerging technologies
- Participate in special projects and perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
What you’ll need- Typically requires 8+ years of relevant experience in strategy, product management, innovation, financial services, technology, or related disciplines
- Experience in one or more of: tokenization, digital assets, blockchain, capital markets infrastructure, payments, financial technology, innovation strategy, or emerging technology research
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience
- Graduate degree preferred
- Curious, comfortable with ambiguity, willing to adapt, has a bias for action, and enjoys ambitious projects
