About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support Service and Retail partners with technical questions by phone and email
- Investigate issues by asking relevant questions and gathering information

Requirements
What you’ll need- Tech savviness and curiosity for e-bikes
- Experience in customer service, support, or a fast-paced environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Professional and approachable phone manner, with empathy for partners
- Ability to explain technical issues clearly to technical and non-technical partners
- Ability to adapt and manage changing priorities
- Fluency in English and German
- Full-time contract
