About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Own agentic document, policy, and procedure creation and editing workflows, as well as agentic gap assessments
Help customers evolve their security programs by building Agent workflows for surfacing recommendations and completing relevant actions
Understand customers and the market, and translate their needs into clear Agent experiences that solve compliance challenges
Partner with design and engineering to establish consistent interaction patterns across chat, inline actions, and background automations
Make the Agent reliable, explainable, and safe
Deliver high-quality products addressing customer pain points and establishing Vanta’s leadership in AI-powered GRC solutions
Help define and shape Vanta’s product team culture as the company grows
Guide and automate content creation, editing, and management end-to-end
Build an agentic solution to automate gap assessments against new compliance frameworks

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of product management experience
Proven track record of delivering high-quality SaaS/B2B and AI products
Strong technical skills and experience shipping AI products
Experience writing and iterating on prompts, evaluating outputs, and driving systematic quality improvements
Customer-focused mindset, including proactively reaching out to customers, synthesizing feedback, and partnering with go-to-market teams
Deeply curious, empathetic, and user-centric
Ability to drive effective collaboration among diverse stakeholders
Clear and influential written and verbal communication skills
Learner’s mindset and genuine passion for building AI products
Grit to experiment, iterate, and fail
Deep interest in and knowledge of the evolving AI/ML ecosystem
Data-driven approach using qualitative user signals and quantitative analysis for roadmap and prioritization
Openness to using AI to amplify skills and strengthen work, with sound judgment in applying AI responsibly
