About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Drive integrations roadmap and strategy, determining which new integrations and capabilities are built
- Partner with engineering and design to prioritize the backlog, plan the roadmap, and decide integration depth, capability, and sequencing
- Partner with the integration partnership lead to activate partners ahead of integration development and manage ongoing enhancements
- Support maintenance and improvement of existing integrations
- Work directly with customers to understand integration needs and document and prioritize feedback
- Collaborate on marketing and field activities, training, and enablement
- Help market integrations and make them easier to discover and configure
- Measure and communicate metrics around integration breadth and depth, data availability, and customer compliance needs
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years in a product role around integrations and ecosystem
- Established track record of prioritizing and building impactful integrations
- Ideally, experience owning an integration catalog or category
- Understanding of prioritization frameworks for focusing and sequencing integrations work across teams
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Technical fluency with APIs, authentication, and permissions
- Experience coordinating multiple workstreams and keeping stakeholders informed
- Open to using AI to amplify skills and strengthen work, with curiosity, willingness to learn, and sound judgment in applying AI responsibly
- Legally authorized to work in the U.S. location where the role is based
