About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Partner closely with EMEA Revenue Leadership to understand business priorities, team performance, and enablement needs
- Build trusted relationships with sales leadership and cross-functional partners across Revenue and the broader business
- Diagnose industry, product, sales methodology, and role-specific skill gaps across EMEA
- Design and prioritize a regional enablement roadmap connecting global initiatives to EMEA team needs
- Support regional onboarding where needed
- Create and deliver enablement programs, content, workshops, and other learning experiences
- Partner with EMEA leaders to reinforce enablement in the field and hold teams accountable for applying new knowledge and skills
- Measure program effectiveness, gather feedback, and refine enablement priorities
- Collaborate with Revenue Enablement partners to align global programs and regional delivery
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years of experience in sales enablement, GTM enablement, or an equivalent role
- Experience supporting EMEA-specific sales teams and markets
- Experience supporting global sales organizations in a variety of roles spanning Early Stage through Upmarket segments
- A track record of designing and delivering sales methodology enablement
- Experience in SaaS; experience supporting a technical product is preferred
- Strong ability to diagnose capability gaps and translate them into focused enablement priorities
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills across varied audiences
- Strong business partnership and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Ability to operate independently, manage ambiguity, and build credibility with senior sales leaders
- Uses AI in day-to-day work to amplify skills and strengthen outcomes
- Open to using AI responsibly to improve efficiency and impact
