About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Execute and improve product readiness and adoption activities for consistent, deployment-ready practices
- Coordinate change planning for assigned product programs and projects
- Assess process, role, capability, data, and tooling impacts and recommend mitigation actions
- Monitor readiness through deployment, document findings, and provide evidence-based recommendations
- Apply operational readiness requirements, acceptance criteria, and handover expectations
- Coordinate with functional owners to align product and operational requirements across OPRs, standards, design packages, commissioning, enablement materials, and deployment processes
- Support complete, accurate, and traceable handover data
- Identify readiness gaps, operational risks, and deployment bottlenecks
- Execute communications, engagement, training, and enablement activities
- Develop deployment materials, readiness checklists, role-based guidance, SOPs, and onboarding resources
- Facilitate engagement, workshops, alignment sessions, readiness reviews, adoption assessments, listening sessions, retrospectives, and feedback forums
- Analyze feedback and adoption data and recommend improvements
- Support change request evaluation and implementation
- Track readiness, engagement, adoption, proficiency, feedback closure, and sustainment measures
- Coordinate intake, triage, and tracking of design changes, lessons learned, field observations, and improvement opportunities
- Analyze trends and recommend standardization and process improvements
- Support workflows, automation, dashboards, and system integrations
- Coordinate across project teams and functional partners, resolve routine issues, and escalate decisions
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years of experience in Product Operations, Product Management, Technical Program Management, Operational Readiness, Infrastructure Operations, Process Improvement, Construction Delivery, or a related field
- Experience supporting the deployment, scale, or operation of complex hardware-intensive, infrastructure, industrial, mission-critical, or data center products
- Demonstrated experience applying structured change management practices to complex product, process, or technology initiatives, including impact assessment, stakeholder engagement, communications, training, adoption measurement, and reinforcement
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience independently executing project-level work, managing competing priorities, and operating effectively with ambiguity
- Strong written and verbal communication, facilitation, and cross-functional coordination skills
- Ability to build productive working relationships in a matrixed organization
- Preferred: experience in data centers, mission-critical facilities, industrial systems, hyperscale infrastructure, or large-scale capital projects
- Preferred: formal change management training or certification and experience applying a recognized methodology
- Preferred: familiarity with workflow automation, reporting platforms, dashboards, structured data, and operational metrics
- Preferred: experience maintaining and applying standards, OPRs, operating procedures, governance processes, deployment playbooks, or readiness models
- Ability to occasionally perform physical activities including standing, walking, sitting, climbing stairs, balancing, stooping or kneeling
- Ability to occasionally lift or move up to 25 pounds
