About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Drive international business development efforts in high-value markets
Partner with sales teams to build market-specific plans and implement targeted country-level strategies for international government customers
Develop and improve customer-facing materials, including executive presentations, value propositions, sales playbooks, strategic messaging, and pursuit strategies
Partner with Sales and Capture leaders on complex international pursuits, deal strategy, executive engagement, and win planning
Manage the pipeline through weekly reviews to ensure progress and accurate revenue prediction
Develop product solutions by translating customer requirements into viable product and service solutions
Champion AI adoption across the International organization to improve productivity, automate workflows, enhance customer engagement, and embed AI into daily operations
Develop Vantor's international commercial ecosystem with regional teams
Find, negotiate, and manage relationships with strategic advisors and integrate them into the business
Advise the International Leadership Team, influence strategic decisions, drive organizational alignment, and shape the future direction of Vantor's International business

Requirements

What you’ll need

10+ years transforming and executing organizational strategies
Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field, such as Business Administration, Political Science, Software Engineering, Earth Sciences, or Geospatial Engineering
Proven experience in project management leadership in an organization that develops software and technology for governments
Demonstrated success in product strategy, roadmap development, and go-to-market activities
Exceptional strategic thinking, problem-solving, analytical abilities, and business acumen
Ability to evaluate and measure the impact and effectiveness of transformation initiatives and align them with organizational performance indicators and quality standards
Effective communication and presentation skills, with ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels
Proactive, results-oriented mindset focused on excellence, customer satisfaction, and business growth
Flexibility to adapt to a dynamic growth culture and rapidly evolving industry landscape
Excellent project and program management skills, including planning, executing, and monitoring multiple transformation initiatives simultaneously
Ability to manage associated budgets, resources, and risks
Preferred: 5+ years of consulting experience or similar role
Preferred experience in Aerospace & Defense and software/technology sectors
Preferred experience leading enterprise-wide initiatives involving change management through systematic approaches or governance processes
Demonstrated experience influencing and driving change across complex and multiple stakeholders
Track record of managing multiple work streams in parallel and delivering results against time-sensitive deadlines
Hands-on keyboard approach and willingness to roll up sleeves
High level of initiative, ability to challenge and explore new ideas while understanding and communicating organizational risks
Ability to travel approximately 25%
