Key responsibilities & impact

Manage and oversee key account projects from handover through successful completion
Support operating companies with project execution
Ensure clear responsibilities, timelines, and communication
Coordinate internal and external project stakeholders
Ensure a professional customer-facing presence
Identify risks and bottlenecks at an early stage and develop pragmatic solutions
Support proposal and tender processes
Prepare for important customer meetings
Continuously develop standards and processes within the team

Requirements

What you’ll need

Technical training, further qualification as a master craftsperson or technician, or a degree in refrigeration, air conditioning, heating, energy, or building services engineering
Experience as a project manager or in the execution of technical projects
Sound understanding of technical processes and construction site organization
Confident interaction with customers, project managers, and other stakeholders
Willingness to travel within Germany (approximately 2–3 days per week)
Sense of responsibility and a structured, solution-oriented, and pragmatic working style
Ability to maintain an overview even in challenging situations
