About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Work closely with financial planning practices to develop compliant advice documents aligned with client objectives, licensee requirements, and industry best practices
  • Review Fact Finds and update CRM systems
  • Conduct pre-flight audits of SOA files to ensure complete documentation
  • Participate in strategy confirmation discussions
  • Prepare product comparisons and quotation analyses
  • Perform financial modelling of current and recommended client positions
  • Prepare, merge, and edit Statements of Advice (SOAs) and related documentation
  • Maintain accurate workflow and client systems as required
  • Participate in ongoing professional development and technical learning initiatives

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • A graduate in Accounting, Business, Engineering, or a related discipline; or
  • At least 2-year level standing in college with 2 years of work experience in any industry
  • Advanced Diploma of Paraplanning preferred but not required
  • Experience using XPLAN or similar financial planning software preferred but not required
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Resourceful, proactive, and results-driven
