About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and partner with internal teams to identify opportunities to solve business problems
  • Align standards, set expectations, and support implementation of technical services
  • Coordinate with client teams and VC3 technical teams to ensure successful service delivery
  • Manage daily requests, escalations, client meetings, and document preparation
  • Lead client meetings and present reports on issue trends, projects, system performance, change management, and technical improvements
  • Prepare and review client reports and metrics using internal tools
  • Measure client satisfaction, manage expectations, discuss service agreements, and help manage vendor relations
  • Identify churn risks and develop solution strategies with internal teams
  • Advocate for clients across support services, proactive maintenance, procurement, and deadline management
  • Coordinate major incident response, stakeholder communications, post-incident reviews, and operational improvement analysis
  • Support strategic planning, agreement updates, workstation replacement strategy, and client budget cycles with Strategic Advisors/vCIO
  • Support client onboarding, offboarding, presentations, introductions, and office check-ins when necessary
  • Maintain accurate client documentation and data integrity
  • Participate in internal huddles, L10s, training, and company meetings
  • Manage agreement reconciliation and review invoices, billing inquiries, approvals, and collection coordination
  • Perform additional duties as assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Proven ability in relationship building, data analysis, consultative selling and collaboration
  • Strong organizational, time management, presentation and customer service skills
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant technical experience preferred but not required
  • Degree or diploma in a related field preferred
  • Knowledge of ITIL standards preferred
  • Experience with in-person and virtual client meetings required
  • Experience with municipal clients/leaders is a strong asset
  • Must meet Criminal Justice Information Systems (CJIS) requirements post-employment
  • Subject to criminal and department of motor vehicles background checks
