About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and partner with internal teams to identify business-problem solutions
  • Coordinate with client and VC3 technical teams to ensure successful technical-services delivery
  • Manage day-to-day escalations, client meetings and document preparation
  • Lead client meetings and present reports on issue trends, projects, system performance, change management and technical improvements
  • Prepare and review client reports and metrics using internal tools
  • Measure client satisfaction and manage expectations and service agreements
  • Help manage client vendor relations and identify churn risks
  • Advocate for clients across support, maintenance and procurement operations
  • Coordinate major incident response, stakeholder communications, post-incident reviews and efficiency improvements
  • Support strategic planning, agreement updates, workstation replacement strategies and client budget cycles
  • Assist with client onboarding, offboarding, presentations and office check-ins when necessary
  • Maintain accurate client documentation and data integrity
  • Participate in internal meetings, training and company meetings
  • Manage agreement reconciliation, invoice review and approval, billing inquiries, and coordination with finance and collections teams

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Proven ability in relationship building, data analysis, consultative selling and collaboration
  • Strong organizational, time management, presentation and customer service skills
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant technical experience preferred but not required
  • Degree or diploma in a related field preferred
  • Knowledge of ITIL standards preferred
  • Experience with in-person and virtual client meetings required
  • Experience with municipal clients/leaders a strong asset
  • Must meet Criminal Justice Information Systems (CJIS) requirements post-employment
  • Subject to criminal and department of motor vehicles background checks
