About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Collaborate with the sales team to achieve overall sales objectives
Issue product pricing and follow up
Perform Microsoft Dynamics Sales Case entry and tracking
Work with SAP for pricing and order processing
Support internal and external sales inquiries
Initiate and prepare customer quotes in a timely manner
Monitor quote status and verify accuracy
Follow up on quotes and purchase orders
Process customer orders, including order posting, shipping documentation, and invoicing
Facilitate information flow between functions to expedite orders and ensure successful order fulfillment
Ensure customer expectations are met

Requirements

What you’ll need

1-5 years inside sales or industry-related experience
Excellent written and verbal skills
Motivated and willing to take on new tasks
Proficient computer skills, especially with SAP, Microsoft Dynamics CRM, and Outlook
Extremely detailed organizational skills
Adaptability/Flexibility for hybrid work
Ability to work well independently and within the team
Excellent interpersonal, team, and problem-solving skills
Premium customer service minded
Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related discipline; or equivalent combination of knowledge and experience
