About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Define the scope, functional requirements, and non-functional requirements of AI solutions with business leadership and development managers
Identify affected systems and existing AI tools and solutions and perform impact analysis
Design technological solutions that satisfy business and technical requirements
Help project managers identify technical experts, stakeholders, and development resources
Facilitate communication among technical experts and stakeholders
Help project managers coordinate development teams to implement solutions and meet project objectives
Ensure proper rollout of AI solutions
Document AI solutions at a high level and ensure development teams maintain appropriate low-level documentation
Facilitate continuous improvement of designed solutions
Partner with business and technology leaders to architect scalable AI solutions, drive implementation, and ensure organizational adoption

Requirements

What you’ll need

2+ years of work experience as an AI Solution Architect
5+ years of experience in Software Engineering
Knowledge of distributed-systems design principles and modern integration approaches
Experience with AWS or another major cloud provider
Knowledge of UML
Deep understanding of the software development lifecycle
Proficiency in English sufficient to read and write technical documentation and communicate effectively with English-speaking users and stakeholders
Ability to learn new technologies quickly and independently
Strong communication and collaboration skills across technical and business teams
Bonus: proficiency in Python, Go, or TypeScript
Bonus: knowledge of ITIL and ITSM frameworks
Bonus: knowledge of Agile methodologies
Bonus: experience designing and implementing enterprise AI solutions
Bonus: experience across multiple platforms, systems, and business functions in large-scale environments
