About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Work directly with customers and project teams
Provide technical expertise on Veeva applications, Vault Platform, APIs, and Java SDK
Develop custom code and configure Veeva software
Contribute to solution design under experienced technical and migration architects
Support content and data migration
Build cutting-edge tools used globally by the Veeva Services team
Specialize in integration, custom development, data migration, DevOps, and Veeva AI
Complete the application, interview, technical challenge, and case exercise process

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field with strong academic performance
Demonstrated experience in Object-Oriented Programming
Excellent technical storytelling skills
Strong critical thinking skills and proven academic performance
Commitment to excellence and strong work ethic
Willingness to travel as needed, up to 20–30% of the time
Recent university graduate with a maximum of two years of postgraduate experience
Fluent in German at professional level and English
Experience with Python, Java, JavaScript, or SQL is nice to have
Familiarity with AWS or Azure is nice to have
Experience using AI-powered development tools or CLI assistants is nice to have
Legally authorized to be employed in the European Union
Veeva does not provide sponsorship for employment visa status
Must live within a maximum commuting distance of 45 minutes to 1 hour from Veeva's Frankfurt or Berlin office
Typically required to go to the office two to three days per week
