About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide support to German-speaking customers regarding technical issues and account inquiries
- Handle billing questions

- Analyze complex issues and route them to appropriate internal departments
Requirements
What you’ll need- Professional fluency in German (C1 or C2 level)
- No previous experience required; suitable for entry-level candidates and students
- Strong communication skills
- Proactive problem-solving
- Customer-oriented mindset
- Ability to work shifts scheduled Monday through Saturday, from 09:00 to 21:00
- EU citizenship or valid Spain residency and work authorization
- No visa sponsorship available
