About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Handle customer service and collection calls
  • Set up payment plans and negotiate settlements for consumers unable to pay their debt in full
  • Document all communications and account activity accurately
  • Perform general office and administrative duties
  • Work with consumers to resolve account issues and achieve mutually beneficial payment solutions
  • Report directly to the Collections Manager
  • Work closely with consumers to identify appropriate repayment solutions and provide outstanding customer service

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Superior customer service and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Excel and Outlook
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to communicate professionally and effectively with consumers
  • Previous collections or customer service experience is a plus
  • Successful completion of a background check
  • Verification of employment eligibility
  • Any other pre-employment screenings required by law or Company policy
