About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Ensure the smooth delivery of B2C customer orders
Act as the liaison between Vente-Unique.com, service providers, and internal departments
Respond to Customer Service requests regarding transport order tracking
Resolve delivery issues
Handle the administrative follow-up of logistics incidents
Respond to customers’ logistics-related questions
Manage carriers’ arrival reports
Submit disputes to carriers
Work closely with the B2C Transport Coordinator – France and the Transport/Logistics team

Requirements

What you’ll need

Currently pursuing a two- or three-year degree or a Master’s degree
Specialized training in logistics and transport
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel
Energetic and responsive
Ability to adapt to unforeseen situations
Proficiency in Spanish, German, and/or Italian is a plus
Curious and enthusiastic
Strong interest in e-commerce and home furnishings
