About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Respond to colleague inquiries and route tickets to the appropriate People Partner or department
  • Provide timely and accurate information via the People ticketing system
  • Facilitate onboarding and orientation for new hires
  • Administer and analyze onboarding surveys
  • Act as a point of contact for employee concerns
  • Assist in resolving workplace issues in accordance with company policy and labor laws
  • Support engagement activities to promote a positive work environment
  • Ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws, company policies, and internal procedures
  • Maintain complete and accurate employee records
  • Assist with audits, mandatory government filings, and training compliance
  • Assist in performance evaluation processes and performance improvement plans
  • Coordinate training programs and track participation
  • Assist in identifying training needs
  • Help draft, update, and enforce People policies and guidelines
  • Facilitate the clearance process, exit interviews, and retrieval of company assets
  • Ensure timely deactivation of systems access
  • Provide administrative assistance, including reports, document preparation, and event planning
  • Manage recognition programs, including VIP and VV awards

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Associate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)
  • Minimum of 2 years in HR administration or related role preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills, tact, and professionalism
  • Knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR best practices
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems
  • Must be able to work night shift and meet required attendance
  • May occasionally lift up to 15–20 lbs.
