About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead and develop the business for the MV and LV switchgear portfolio and other products
  • Define and execute growth strategies, sales plans, and profitability targets
  • Build and maintain relationships with utilities, industrial customers, EPC contractors, and channel partners
  • Drive sales funnel management, forecasting, tender review processes, and commercial negotiations
  • Develop the Product Sales Operating Model, including processes, governance, and channel partner management
  • Collaborate with engineering and production teams to improve product competitiveness, manufacturing efficiency, and margins
  • Build and lead a growing product sales team
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities
  • Collaborate with Product Management to influence product development and portfolio strategy
  • Drive sales growth, profitability, and market expansion across the Nordic region, with focus on Sweden, Finland, and Norway
  • Report directly to the Vice President of Sales
  • Participate in the Group Sales Management Team

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • B.Sc. or M.Sc degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
  • 10+ years of experience within the power distribution, switchgear, or electrical industry
  • Proven track record of successfully leading sales organizations and growing business performance
  • Strong understanding of medium and low voltage switchgear solutions and related standards
  • Strategic mindset combined with strong commercial drive and leadership skills
  • Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation capabilities
  • Fluent Swedish and English skills
  • Ability to travel approximately 20–40 days per year
