Key responsibilities & impact

Manage Nordic hydropower projects from planning to delivery
Ensure project delivery on time, according to budget, and with high customer satisfaction
Lead project teams and contractors
Achieve and exceed project targets
Work with team members located at Finnish and Swedish offices
Make project decisions in the project’s best interest
Create and maintain strong customer partnerships
Support VEO’s green-transition electrification projects

Requirements

What you’ll need

Technical or commercial education (B.Sc or M.Sc), or equivalent experience in electrification and automation projects
Experience in project management
Good knowledge of hydropower projects
Experience in distribution or industrial projects is an advantage
Good process discipline
Cost-consciousness
Good knowledge of construction law and ability to apply legislation in practice
Ability to lead and motivate a project team toward common goals
Ability to create and maintain good customer relationships
Structured way of working
Good communication skills
Willingness and ability to travel for work
Driver’s license
Swedish language skill is mandatory
Ability to communicate in English at work
Finnish language is a strong benefit
