About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Assist in collecting, organizing, and analyzing financial data to support planning and forecasting activities
  • Support financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting processes
  • Perform project-based financial analysis, including ROI analysis, cost analysis, and performance tracking
  • Analyze variances and identify trends across financial data and reporting outputs
  • Prepare reports, summaries, and presentations for leadership review
  • Support scenario modeling and strategic planning initiatives
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reporting accuracy, and profitability
  • Maintain and update financial data, models, and reporting tools
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to support business initiatives and data-driven decision-making
  • Perform other duties as requested, directed, or assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (or currently in progress)
  • 0–2 years of experience in finance, accounting, or analytics (internship experience acceptable)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas and pivot tables
  • Basic understanding of financial statements and financial concepts
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Exposure to financial modeling, forecasting, or data analysis preferred
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau preferred
  • Interest in FP&A or corporate finance preferred
  • Comfort working with AI tools or prompting for analysis and efficiency preferred
