About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Own and manage multiple products within the product portfolio
Contribute to product vision and strategy
Define and own product roadmaps
Drive product execution and delivery
Manage, mentor, and advise direct reports
Represent the needs of customers, healthcare providers, industry partners, and related network members
Collaborate with Customer Success, Sales, Marketing, and other cross-functional teams
Contribute to multi-year roadmaps and strategic outcomes
Represent the product in discussions with cloud database and data vendor partners
Review product roadmaps with stakeholders and obtain agreement on product vision and priorities
Analyze business requirements and identify underlying intent
Synthesize business requirements into epics and translate epics into user stories
Prepare user stories supporting iterative delivery of data and insights functionality and integration with Verato MDM capabilities
Understand technical feature implications and break features into stories using INVEST principles
Facilitate workshops and discussions to address customer pain points and generate data and insights solutions
Communicate upstream and downstream dependencies based on planned work
Collaborate with Sales and Marketing on go-to-market plans for new and existing products, including partner collaboration

Requirements

What you’ll need

10+ years of experience in the healthcare technology industry, with focus on product management roles in healthcare SaaS software
2+ years of experience managing multiple products within a broader product line or product family
1+ years of experience managing direct reports
Knowledge in Enterprise master provider index or master data management software is preferred
Experience with the Atlassian stack, including JIRA and Confluence
Experience with product portfolio management tools such as Airfocus
Comfortable working in an agile environment with a cross-functional and geographically distributed team
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
Experience managing customer relationships through beta or development partner engagements
Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills
Strong listening, interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
Fluent in both spoken and written English
Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technical field or business administration
