About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Own and improve infrastructure across AWS, hosted, and on-premise environments
Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve stability, performance, and security issues
Design and implement scalable, fault-tolerant, and secure architectures
Apply SRE practices, including SLIs/SLOs, incident management, and automation
Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code
Improve observability through monitoring, logging, and alerting
Drive operational excellence and infrastructure modernization
Collaborate closely with engineering teams
Act as a technical mentor

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of experience in Platform Engineering, DevOps, or SRE roles
Strong hands-on experience with AWS and production systems
Solid understanding of Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD, containers, and Linux
Deep knowledge of SRE principles and operating reliable distributed systems
Proven ability to modernize legacy infrastructure pragmatically and safely
Experience with Kubernetes, Terraform, and Prometheus/Grafana
Understanding of cost optimization and security best practices
Proficiency in at least one programming language; Python or Go preferred
Experience with hybrid or on-premise infrastructure is nice to have
Knowledge of compliance frameworks such as ISO 27001 and SOC 2 is nice to have
Desire to contribute ideas and develop professionally
