Collaborate with application teams to integrate solutions with products and platforms, aligning with technology strategy and business outcomes
Architect and design reusable services leveraging and integrating frameworks for optimal performance and compatibility
Perform hands-on coding while prototyping proof-of-concepts
Own overall system quality and implement best practices
Perform code reviews and code quality checks to promote maintainable and scalable code
Serve as the technology point of contact for business partners and application teams
Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior programmers and software engineers
Troubleshoot issues and perform root cause analysis
Design scalable AI workflows and integrate autonomous agents into real-world applications
Translate cutting-edge AI capabilities into reliable business solutions

Requirements

What you’ll need

2+ years of proven experience and proficiency with Python
Experience designing and developing components and systems from the ground up using engineering best practices and design patterns
Proficiency in Python and associated libraries, RESTful API development, AWS cloud platforms, databases, system design, data pipelines, Git, CI/CD, and Linux
Advanced knowledge of multi-threading, memory management, networking, I/O concepts, and performance aspects of common classes and algorithms
Familiarity or hands-on experience with AI and ML concepts
Experience with prompt engineering techniques to optimize GenAI performance
Ability to evaluate and select appropriate models, frameworks, and techniques for GenAI use cases
Familiarity with LangChain or LlamaIndex is highly desirable
Familiarity with RAG technologies, LLM frameworks, LLM model registries such as Hugging Face, LLM APIs, embedding models, and vector databases is highly desirable
Ability to learn and adapt to continuously changing technology
Excellent understanding of object-oriented design concepts and software development processes and methods
Experience leading teams, interacting with business partners or customers, and guiding project direction
Superior organization skills and ability to recognize priorities and keep teams focused
Leadership ability to guide technical and design working sessions
