About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Build and develop an understanding of the analysis process and principles
Build and develop an understanding of how Verisk applications support business processes
Configure applications to support client requirements
Assist in analyzing business processes, functions, and procedures to determine effective business systems technology
Assist in establishing user stories and acceptance criteria based on business requirements
Assist in building shared understanding of requirements across analysts, developers, testers, project management, and product owners
Assist during User Acceptance Testing
Learn and use technologies including Azure DevOps, Excel, and SQL

Requirements

What you’ll need

Enrolled in a bachelor's or master's program
Analytical mindset, passion for business, and desire to innovate
History of tackling projects with a quantitative lens and desire for data-driven insights
Collaborative, well-rounded, passionate, and strong work ethic
Strong communication skills
Responsible and highly motivated to take initiative
Ability to learn, problem-solve, and work independently on projects
Growth mindset and eagerness to learn
Interest or past experience in insurance is helpful but not required
Must be located near the London office
The program is not eligible for work visa sponsorship; candidates requiring work visa sponsorship after completing their degree do not meet the basic requirements
Minimum hiring age of 18
