About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop and maintain native Android interfaces using Kotlin and Jetpack Compose
  • Implement responsive interfaces and reusable components, following Design System guidelines
  • Apply Clean Architecture principles and software development best practices
  • Integrate applications with REST and GraphQL APIs, using Apollo where applicable
  • Implement and maintain dependency injection mechanisms with Hilt, Dagger, or Koin
  • Develop and execute unit and instrumented tests to ensure application quality and reliability
  • Participate in continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) processes, following software versioning practices
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions aligned with technical and business requirements
  • Apply accessibility best practices, including TalkBack support where necessary

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experience building interfaces with Jetpack Compose
  • Knowledge of Kotlin and Clean Architecture
  • Familiarity with dependency injection using Hilt, Dagger, or Koin
  • Knowledge of REST APIs, GraphQL, and Apollo
  • General understanding of CI/CD
  • Familiarity with using reusable components from a Design System
  • Experience with unit and instrumented testing
  • General understanding of semantic versioning (SemVer)
  • Nice to have: Experience with TalkBack and accessibility
