About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develop, implement, and maintain backend APIs and services using .NET Core and the latest versions of the .NET platform.
Collaborate on the architecture of new features and the evolution of existing systems.
Ensure code quality through unit testing, integration testing, and sound development practices such as SOLID and Clean Architecture.
Implement and enhance observability solutions, including metrics, logs, and traces.
Use tools such as Dynatrace to monitor the availability, health, and performance of applications in production.
Work with cloud infrastructure, supporting the deployment and management of services on Google Cloud Platform (GCP), with a focus on Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE).
Actively participate in agile ceremonies, following Scrum or Kanban practices.
Conduct code reviews and contribute to the team’s technical growth.
Identify performance bottlenecks and propose optimization solutions.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience with .NET Core, .NET 8 or later, and the C# language.
Experience developing and integrating APIs.
Knowledge of unit testing and integration testing.
Experience with Dynatrace for application monitoring, tracing, and performance analysis.
Practical knowledge of Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services.
Experience with Docker and Kubernetes, preferably GKE.
Proficiency in SQL and experience with relational databases such as Oracle and PostgreSQL.
Experience with microservices architecture.
Knowledge of asynchronous communication, queues, and messaging using technologies such as Kafka or Pub/Sub.
Knowledge of CI/CD and DevOps practices.
Knowledge of SOLID, Clean Architecture, and software engineering best practices.
