About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Drive the evolution of the IRES/Horizon platform, working in a hybrid capacity combining Technology Project Manager and Product Owner responsibilities.
Accelerate delivery, track testing and user acceptance activities, organize and prioritize the backlog, and ensure new features align with the product.
Gather, refine, and validate requirements for new IRES/Horizon features.
Write user stories and PBIs with clear acceptance criteria.
Prioritize and maintain the backlog in collaboration with business teams.
Track timelines, sprints, and deliverables from the development vendor.
Manage risks, impediments, and dependencies across teams.
Coordinate the testing and user acceptance cycle between CBRE and the vendor.
Classify bugs and track metrics such as average handling time (TMA) and the bug backlog.
Prepare weekly executive reports on progress, risks, decisions, and next steps.
Lead discovery meetings and document user journeys and business rules.
Serve as the liaison between business, technology, and delivery teams.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
Mid-level or senior experience in technology project management and/or as a Product Owner for digital products.
Proficiency in agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban.
Experience managing backlogs and defining requirements and acceptance criteria.
Knowledge of Azure DevOps, including boards and bug-tracking and user acceptance workflows.
Familiarity with architecture, APIs, and integrations.
Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with business teams and vendors.
Strong organization, autonomy, product vision, and focus on meeting deadlines.
PMP, PMI, CSPO, PSPO, or Scrum certifications are a plus.
Experience with software development vendors or software factories is a plus.
Experience in the real estate or financial sectors is a plus.
Experience with asset management platforms is a plus.
Intermediate or advanced English proficiency for interaction with global teams is a plus.
