About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage and govern the end-to-end roadmaps for the company’s strategic initiatives and products.
Ensure governance of the integrated schedule, maintaining a clear and forward-looking view of dependencies across different squads and departments.
Structure and manage initiative boards, ensuring an explicit and transparent connection between day-to-day operations and strategic goals (OKRs/KPIs).
Monitor and report work status to stakeholders, proactively mitigating risks, removing impediments, and ensuring on-time delivery.
Define team typologies (squad structures), establishing clear roles, expected deliverables, success metrics, and board standards.
Collaborate closely with technical leaders (Tech Leads/Architects) to map and define the capabilities required for initiative success.
Analyze productivity and flow-efficiency metrics, such as Lead Time, Cycle Time, Throughput, and CFD.
Design, implement, and monitor continuous improvement action plans using the tactical PDCA framework.
Ensure excellence in the execution of rituals such as team/project Kickoffs, Discovery meetings, and Delivery meetings.
Facilitate pre-work and PI Planning ceremonies or similar high-level planning sessions.
Periodically apply the Agile/Project Maturity Radar and translate its results into practical action plans.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Solid experience working as a Delivery Lead, Project Manager, Agile Delivery Manager, or in a related project/product management role.
Proven experience managing multiple projects/squads and governing complex roadmaps with interdependencies.
Proficiency with project management and workflow tools (Businessmap, Jira, Azure DevOps, ClickUp, Monday.com, or similar platforms).
In-depth knowledge of flow metrics and practical application of the PDCA cycle.
Experience facilitating large-scale sessions, such as PI Planning, Discovery sessions, and Kickoffs.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, from operations through executive leadership.
